Overall it's quite cool. And yes it does need a jacket. (Just kidding.) It doesn't really need the legs, but I like the treads on the feet.

Jet boosted scout mech, say 25 tons, with three small lasers? Those rear thrust jets would give it a serious jump jet range. Not much punch but good luck catching it!

I like the raptor-ish design, though I'm not sure if the jet-engine helps. It would probably be flying like some of those anime mecha. Cool design nonetheless.
