One of the few Dark Ages mechs that I actually like.

Being a little bit of a jerk, but just how influenced were you by the Z'Gok from Mobile Suit Gundam for this? Of course, it could just very well be a coincidence, but now that I thought about it I'm curious.

It probably was. That's what I thought when I saw the design for the first time. I didn't design this mech, I just made this particular illustration of it for a book.

Ah, okay. I was also curious because I actually like the design more here. It looks like a possible war mech here, and more intimidating. Which is awesome.

I think I would like this design much better without the goofy-looking hand bee-stingers.

Much like I think you would like the Sunder better if it wasn't a potato.
